The UK Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) has today added another category to their forthcoming 2025 industry awards event (27th ISPA Awards) – ‘Digital Inclusion Champion for Charities and Communities‘, which will sit alongside their similar ‘Digital Inclusion Champion for Industry‘ category.

The association said they wanted to highlight the good work being done by communities & charities to fix the digital divide and help those in need to stay or become connected. “Whether you’re an individual, organisation, charity or community group, we want to hear about the impact and change you have made. It could be improving digital literacy, helping people get connected or using digital to change lives for the better,” said the ISPA.

To enter this year’s Digital Inclusion Champion, somebody must fill out the written entry form and submit to awards@ispa.org.uk by the deadline of 5th September 2025. The winners are due to be announced during a black tie dinner on 13th November 2025 in central London (hosted at City Central at the HAC), bringing together over 500 senior leaders in the broadband sector for a night of celebration and networking.

Helen Milner OBE, CEO of Good Things Foundation, said:

“We are delighted to be repeating our partnership with the ISPA Awards for the third year to recognise and celebrate those making strides to fix the digital divide. It’s fantastic to see the awards acknowledge both industry and communities, understanding that vital work is being done across all sectors to ensure everyone can benefit from the digital world.”
